I was in Glasgow for a course and decided to stay at this hotel for location. The hotel itself is bright modern and was spotless. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was clean and fresh and the bed was very comfy and compared to other hotels in the center you actually managed to sleep as the noise was not as bad. The shower and bathroom was immaculate and the shower was fab in the morning. Breakfast was very good quality and although very busy the staff were very good at replenishing breakfast items running low .The location is excellent not too far to walk to walk to city center. There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

This is a great value hotel that is in an excellent location. The rooms are basic but the beds are comfy and I couldn't hear any noise from the street. Perfect for a good night's sleep. I would also add that the staff are polite and have good customer service skills. My only suggestion would be to add hotel safes to the rooms. Cheers.

Mid range hotel about 10 minute walk from Glasgow Central train station in the business district are of the city centre. Not to be confused with the more central IBIS styles nearer George square. Room was clean and comfortable, reception modern and efficient. Personal touch from staff when you’re an ALL loyalty member (local drink and snack in room). It’s a safe bet if you’re looking for somewhere in town which doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. Check in at 15:00 - Check out 12:00.

Third visit to this hotel on the 6th January can't fault the rooms location staff are all nice BUT BREAKFAST THIS MORNING COOKED BREAKFAST ITEMS WERE COLD !!! clearly not probed before coming out the kitchen or during service. and that goes for links and square sausage topped up in front off us .not had this issue in past stays .to be fair but this morning disappointing.

Rooms are nice, even if they are a bit on the small side. The food is good. Nice buffet breakfast in the morning with plenty to choose from. Bit of a limited choice for evening meals, but what I did have was nice. The staff are excellent and very helpful.

Had a lovely overnight stay. Was attending a business event at the SEC a short train stop from the hotel. Got a room upgrade which was nice. Drinks at the bar were similar to pub prices and good choice. Slept soundly.
